Anger Management Training

A person gets angry when their rights are violated, their boundaries are breached or when their expectations from self and those around them are not met. While it may be understandable in such situations that one gets angry, it is important to focus on the behaviour that follows anger. Anger management is a series of techniques for the person to manage their behaviour when they get angry. Let unattended, anger can cause harm to self and others and at times it may be irreversible harm.
